Here at Central Fencing we are serious about preventing the spread of COVID-19 and the protection of our team and customers.  Our team have successfully completed a course so they understand the measures required whilst working on location to prevent COVID-19.  Our certification can be viewed HERE

Team Protection

  • Our team have access to hand sanitiser (>60% alcohol content) in all vehicles

  • Our team have extra PPE such as masks and disposable gloves available should they choose to wear them. 

  • Where possible the team are to travel to site in separate vehicles to minimise contact with each other.

  • Should our team need to enter a customers' property they have been directed to ask two questions before entering.

       1. Have you or anyone else living here been diagnosed with COVID-19 or been asked to self-isolate during the last 14 days?

       2. Do you or anyone else here have any 'flu-like symptoms’?

Customer Protection

  • We have introduced two ways of providing customers with a quotation. These can now be made via 'Virtual Quotation' or on a 'Contactless Site Visit'. Details are provided below. 

  • Contactless Fence Installation Service - all planned work will be carried out without the need for social interaction. To minimise or eliminate any contact between customers and our  team we are more than happy to carry out work whilst customers stay inside their property. Our team can communicate through windows to let customers know they have arrived and when they have finished. Payment can be made through bank transfer. Should the only access to the work area be through a customers’ house we will minimise the number of trips through and suggest customers stay in separate rooms with doors closed.

  • Our team always appreciate customer’s kind offer of a hot drink whilst working, however if you would like to minimise any cross contamination of mugs, please know our team understand.

  • If you have any COVID-19 (Coronavirus) symptoms which includes 'flu-like', fever, new cough or loss of smell/taste or have been in contact with anyone who may have, then please contact us via email directly informing us, so we can ensure we carry out the necessary precautions.
